Lovely cottages for our stay in Burra. The cottages are very spacious, clean and recently refurbished. The linen was fresh and spotlessly clean too.

Great place to stay
Lovely experience staying here; it felt like we were stepping back in time into a very clean original cottage. Was quite large with a loungeroom, bedroom & separate kitchen and a front & back door. The TV was positioned above the fireplace and was far too high

The uniqueness was due to the age and history of the apartments. They were wonderfully comfortable and cosy. Would definitely like to stay again.

We arrived on a Saturday and it took a while to work out where the checkin was but after that would highly recommend, in fact there is a good chance we will stay for longer on our return trip.

I loved the place! The set up, the quaint cottages, the fire pit (would have loved the opportunity to use it, will have to come back!), the history, art gallery, walks. I was only there for one night, but I made the most of it. Very comfortable, great amenities.

Wonderful place to stay. Super comfortable beds. Quiet. Owners lovely. Few minutes walk to the main shopping area. Stayed for two nights on the way north and one night on the way back south. Would definitely stay here again. Absolutely GAWJUS! 💅⭐️

Gorgeous old terrace, but with all the mod cons. Lovely and clean and an easy walk to the village centre. My only criticism was the sour smell in the bathroom which may have come from the floor drainage. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay and i would happily stay again in future..

The whole set up was really nice. The only thing we did not like was only one tv channel and no volume control, but that is a minor complaint though.

Great location, lovely cottage, I want one on my block now 😝 Cudos for dog friendly with a bond that is refundable. - We take pride in making sure we leave stay as it was before. Not a fan of pay extra for furbaby- (discrimination) Thank you for a lovely stay! Burrs is an interesting town with lots of history

Great place to stay. You can feel the history of the place all around you. Stone walls were fabulous to combat the 35 degree plus days we had. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.

Truely lovely clean and tidy cottages - felt like a real treat to be there and amongst the beautiful historic township of Burra. Had our 3 teenage boys with us - plenty of room for all of us and enough kitchen facilities to prepare our meals. There were also communal bbqs onsite. Only (very small) disappointment was free wifi is advertised but you do need a password from reception which wasn’t given at checking - so when we were ready to settle in with our hot chocolates after dinner and watch a movie we couldn’t access the wifi to do so

The photos on the website don't do justice to how nice the cottages are. All new amenities, comfortable beds, lots of room for families. I was extremely impressed by how much work the owners have put into these cottages and surrounding area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
