"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. "Was like a delightful step back in time. Peaceful! Loved the countryside. Local cows became friends. Learned about using turf in stove. We loved it! Very easy to start! Stephanie was wonderful and made some reservations for us as well as providing turf for our first night when stores were closed. Lovely village!"

"Very quaint cottage in a peaceful setting. We loved seeing the farmer gather his cows each morning as well as enjoying the sounds of he birds by the feeder. Being so rural, it took a little drive to get to any major roadway, but we quickly figured out the best routes. The cottage had many nice little amenities such as instant coffee, tea, seasonings, even fries in the freezer. Owner was very responsive when we had a question and gave us suggestions of things to do and where to eat in the area....

"Our family had an amazing visit at Casa Ceoil! The property was full of life (dogs, horses, goats,cats, and chickens). The house was centrally located within the county so we were able to take day trips. After our adventures we would be greeted by Luna (the sweetest dog)! One of the mares had just given birth a week ago so we had the opportunity to visit with their new foal. "Cottage was in a cute little town, within walking distance of a castle and very nice restaurants. Shannon was nearby for grocery shopping. And it was easy to get to the sight seeing locations we wished to visit."
