Ok hotel for price
Check in is down the street, one block away. Not a secure area to store our bags while we flew to the falls and came back. Rooms are are run down, but very clean. Staff was excellent! But….. for the price it was just fine.

I stayed here on two separate occasions in the last few weeks (was in and out of Buenos Aires). Place was clean on both occasions, price was great, staff super helpful. Any questions via whatsapp were responded to promptly. Was also great they spoke English as my Spanish is very limited. They organized transportation for me to the airport on both occasions, both times taxis arrived exactly on time. If you are looking for great service, highly recommend. Thanks Juan and Vani!

The staff is fully responsive, always with a smile, courteous. all of them. Rooms are great, just as described and showed in the pics. Super well located, clean, and comfortable But the best the people, your staff is your best asset

An apartment hotel set in the lovely Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Great street cafe/bar culture and shopping if you wish to browse the local boutique shops. Checkin is on Honduras whilst the apartment we stayed in was two minutes around the corner so check the address before arriving. Checkin was easy and the staff very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The apartments have tiled floors so can get a little noisy if someone is walking around in the apartment above you with hard shoes. Also when we were staying there was a building site backing onto the apartment block so be prepared to be woken between 7 and 8 by building work. This finishes by around 5 so if your out all day no problem but could be an issue if you want a siesta.

The room was very nice and cleaned daily. I appreciated the assistance of the staff with a late-evening check-in! Their communication prior to arrival was wonderful and they arranged for transportation for me from the airport.

Excepcional estadía de una semana
Nuestra estadía en Soho Point Malabia ha sido maravillosa, desde el check in hasta el check out el personal fue muy atento y cordial. El departamento es cómodo, amplio, limpio y suficiente para las necesidades de una pareja. Como las habitaciones están dentro de un patio interno (foto), no existen ruidos molestos de la calle. Se realiza la limpieza diaria, lo cual es un alivio para el viajero, y la zona tiene TODO lo que uno pueda necesitar. Palermo Soho es muy seguro para caminar de dia y de noche.

Good value in Pelermo
Very comfortable large efficiency in small apartment facility, fridge, A/C, very reasonable. Quiet street in nice safe area, enjoyed Palermo Soho has all restaurants/bars close. We walked to major attractions. Prefer to stay in neighbourhoods rather than downtown, which is easily reached by taxi.Staff very helpful, reserved taxi for airport $25.

Great stay on a great city!
The hotel is situated in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy checkin with a multi lingual staff. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Security was topnotch with outside door pass code and indoor room key. Checkout was 11 am but our bus left at 6 pm. The hotel stored our bags for the day at no charge. Will stay again on our way home. There was no coffee or tea available but a cafe nearby.

This hotel-apartment was in the hip, trendy neighborhood called Palermo-Soho, with access to bars, restaurants and boutique shops just footsteps away. Modern, clean and great value. Secure gate locked at all times with secure access for only guests staying at the hotel. Friendly, English speaking front desk staff. A/C and hot water worked well.

Excellent apart-hotel in trendy part of town.
What an amazing discovery we made in booking Soho Point. It was perfect in every way to spend a week in Buenos Aires - fantastic location, immaculately clean with very good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. A kitchenette area is a real boon to ease into your day in the relaxed fashion of home without having to make yourselves ready to be visible to the world for your first cup of tea! Big, very comfy bed with good quality linens. Everything in the apartment was to a high standard and the cleaning staff very attentive. We travelled throughout the whole, huge city and considered ourselves lucky to have booked in Palermo Soho: so much choice of cafes, restaurants and bars right on the (totally safe) doorstep. We know we will be back to BA and this is the first place we will look to book. We highly recommend it.

Pros: Excellent location, right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Nice apartment, small but well distributed and equipped. Cleaning happens everyday, which is great. Front desk guys are great. Cons: Cleaning woman speaks too loud, and the building is very small, so you hear her all the time. Cleaning is superficial, that could improve, not everyday, but a couple times a week (we stayed for two weeks). Right across the street there is a very loud bar, so there is a lot of noise on weekend nights until very late. It's very difficult to park on the street during the weekends, and the three parkings that are near, are always full, so be careful if you have a car.

Recommended, and close to everything
Clean and close to all that Palermo can offer en BA, shopping, bars, restaurants and nightlife if this what you like. But the location of the rooms makes your stay Quiet and cozy. Only thing to be mentioned to be improved is the bath tube could be very slippery sometimes.

Good choice in Palermo Soho

We checked in late and staff was very friendly and on the ball. Our room was super clean and we felt like we were secluded by the beautiful plants. Lots of ivy. Retro and modern furniture.

Amazing.
This is a cute, 8 room apartment/Hotel. It reminded me of "melrose place" as it has rooms around a nice courtyard. Each room is large like a large studio apartment with a kitchen, living room, etc. The photos on here are not as nice as it is in real life. Even though they are apartments, there is a large area that is designed like a cool living room or library that you can chill in or the guys that run the place are working. The location is PERFECT. Probably one of the best in Palermo. The only thing they don't have is room service (i don't think) but that shouldn't be an issue.

Average room in a great area.
Overall, the room was nice and very large. It was amongst the larger hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was nice to have a refrigerator, two televisions and a kitchen. Although the bathroom was very clean, the overall cleanliness of the other areas could have been improved. The check-in was also lackluster as I was moved from the Soho Point I booked on Malabia to another Soho Point location down the street on Scalabrini Ortiz. Both Locations are in phenomenal areas, but I booked Malabia over Scalabrini Ortiz because that is what I wanted. Not the best experience when I was told the location I reserved was fully booked. In closing, Jose at Soho Point was kind and helpful and the hotel is in a great location in Palermo. Unfortunately, I doubt I will ever stay at Soho Point again when I return to BsAs.

Nice location in Buenos Aires // Palermo
It is not a hotel, but a apartment. Large room. Bathroom is a bit small. They had some bikes to use for free and I took a 2 hour bike trip by myself. Palermo is a great area to stay.

Really liked the neighborhood and that the rooms are set back away from the street so they were very quiet. Mariano responded to all our transfer requests and the location was a perfect retreat for,our Buenos Aires stay.

Fab place to stay in BA. Excellent service and nothing was too difficult for the guys to arrange for us. Loads of lovely places to eat and drink within walking distance. Room was excellent. We would recommend soho point confidently to friends and family.

Ya me quedé en este hotel un par de veces en mis viajes por trabajo. En esta oportunidad fui con mi hijo. Soho Point es una muy buena alternativa. La ubicación es genial y la habitación muy buena. Los chicos del front siempre muy amables, en esta oportunidad trate con Carla, y anteriormente con Facundo y creo que Vani. Todos muy amables
