“Great location”
Great location, very bad maintenance, they need to refurnish the rooms at least and not too clean. Very good deal for the price and location!

“I spent 5 days in BA and Design Suites was a really great choice, highly recommended.”
It is well located and a walk distance of everything. It's a couple blocks of Av 9 de Julho, Calle Florida and so on, as well as just a block from Av Santa Fe and Subway line D. There's a nice breakfast every morning and you still have a fridge and microwave available on your suite. I just believe they could do a more complete clean up every day because some times seems they just make your bed and put things back to the original place but don't exactly clean it up.
“Wonderful Experience”
Stayed here for 1 week in March 2009 and had a very good experience. We had a suite and stayed with our two children (3 and 6 years old) and a wonderful vacation. The hotel staff was helpful and responsive. The front desk staff spoke enough English to give us directions and tips. The breakfast buffet is not huge by American standards but still more than adequate with a variety of fruits and fruit juices, cereals and pastries. The location is unbeatable. Walk to Recoleta cemetery, Florida street, or even up and down Santa Fe Avenue. I recommend highly.

The hotel is fairly new and very nice. It does not provide all the amenities of large chain hotels, but if you want a clean, confortable, convenient to Macro Center area and a good breakfast, this is your hotel.
“a practical hotel choice”
Basic accommodations, clean, safe, and reasonably priced. Our room was a bit small with minimal furnishings, but well maintained. Helpful friendly staff who spoke English well. Good central location. Two free internet stations for guests was very appreciated for keeping in touch with email. Convenient complementary breakfast.
