"I have stayed in this hotel several times before the pandemia and now with the value of the dollar. I found that many of the amenities have been reduced and some of the equipment not properly work. There is no telephone in the room. I have to go 5 times to get the entrance key to my room to open the door. The microwave did not worked. It was replaced it and it also did not worked. There were other inconveniences. I have to ask for more toilet paper. I have to say that the sheets and blankets...

We loved this hotel
"We loved this hotel. It’s a high rise from around 1995, but built in a much earlier style, with lovely wide staircases, traditional sculpture and plenty of comfortable public areas to sit and listen to the piano player at dinner time! The room was comfortable, traditionally furnished, with a nice wood floor and the bathroom had plenty of ‘marble’. Excellent service. "
