“Decent place to sleep”

For the price, it was a good spot to rest the eyes and get back out into the excitment of the city. The hotel is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and cheap cab fare to the outskirts. The staff were polite and approachable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

“Ok, for a economic budget!”

The service was good, but it's a cheap hotel, so don't wait too much. They have a really small breakfast, but it's enough for the price.

“Per Expectations”

I am an explorer traveler. Hotel room is low on my list. Just a place to sleep and shower. If you are looking to be pampered this is not your place. Location, location, location! This your place. A few blocks from the Subte, and Avendia de Julio. For the money and expectations it is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was pleased. If you like watching those Sandals commercials on TV this is not your place, but if you want to explore Buenos Aires on the cheap it is your place.

“Two Star Hotel - Not Impressed -”

The room was not clean, tv cable was down, the printer did not work at check-out time and the desk clerk had to write the final receipt. They still use keys instead of electronic locks/cards. I will not go back if I can.

“Not worth the $$$$$”

This hotel is very expencive considering the condition of the rooms. The carpet was so disgusting you wont even want your bags to be on it. The bathroom is tiny. It would be immpossible for a large man to use the shower. No cable TV or internet that I waas aware of. There are mnay more options for quality places to stay in Buenos Aires.

“Bad choice”

to begin with, the clerk at the front desk was not very welcoming. The elevators are old and so is the building. There are 2 elevators but only one was working at the time. The elevator has to be closed manually. The corridors are old, narrow and resemble those of a cheap, middle of nowhere motel. The room was OK, it was clean, spacious, but old. There was no cable ("it was being repaired") and there were only 2 scrambled tv channels. No remote control was available. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and the hotel staff were prompt at making wake up calls and reservations. Also, some of them had nice suggestions. There was hot hoter and air conditioning. The still use keys instead of cards to operate the room's door.
