“Way out of town, but spotlessly clean and friendly service”

I chose this hotel because I was attending an exhibition at SYMA, but you have to get a taxi any time you want to go anywhere (unless of course you are very familiar with all elements of Budapest's public transport system). The nearest Metro station takes you directly to the centre, but is about three quarters of a mile from the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the service was generally good, though the hotel was very, very quiet (I think I had the whole of the 5th floor to myself!) The room is a good size - the only downside would be the bed, which is really hard! If you're not concerned about being near anything, then the hotel is great, but if you're hoping to look around the city, I wouldn't recommend it.
