“Wonderful Hotel”
This hotel is situated nicely in District 3 of Bucharest, a short cab ride away from the OTP airport. The staff here was very welcoming and helpful in getting us to our room. They were also quick to fix anything that went wrong and accommodated us when we checked in early and out late. The rooms are large and comfortable with soft linens and a nice mattress. A large HD TV sitting across from the bed had more channels than we needed and felt like watching something at home. The bathroom was large with a clean tile floor and large mirrors. I only had breakfast at the hotel and did not try any of the room service. The breakfast was good even if the menu was somewhat smaller. Everything in this hotel felt clean which makes for a wonderful stay. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

I love the breakfast awesome! and I didn't know wireless access was free, will hope to use it much next time! the only bit I had a slight issue was with that I didn't get a european adapter for my US/UK electronic devices aka laptop etc The staff aare very helpful and courteous...I can't wait to be back to Golden Tulip times... Thank You you made it all possible! :)
“Fine for business trips”
The rooms were new and clean, and the staff was polite. The free wi-fi worked well. They have a pretty good buffet breakfast, and the dinner I ordered from room service was good. I'd say this hotel is a fine choice for business trips. On the downside, everything about the room is about 25% smaller than it appears on their website, a feat achieved by actually decorating the room with small furniture. And although Expedia doesn't guarantee non-smoking room requests, I added a request for non-smoking in the "special instructions" textbox on the Expedia page, which they said they would pass to the hotel. It didn't help; I still got a smoking room. But there wasn't much of a smoking smell to the room anyway.

Good cost benefit, ideal both for business guests as well as tourists

Hotel is clean but staff are inflexible and not forthcoming with good customer service. Hotel location is far from ideal if visiting for tourism.
