Air conditioning is non-existent, brought this up with the front desk and they looked at me like I had three heads. When they came to the room to investigate he said it’s the same in all the rooms. So be aware there is no A/C, they shut off the compressors on the roof so the in room A/C only blows air. We had it set at 5° for three days, the room is so small it should have been as cold as a refrigerator but it was hotter than an oven.

The AC was turned off and they offered a small fan instead of just enabling the AC. The mattress was basically a comforter wrapped in a sheet. The area around the hotel was covered in litter and pickpockets. Breakfast was pretty good but not included so a short walk across the plaza found better.

Great value for the location. Very close to the train station and the grand place. We got a room facing the square in front of the hotel, offering a front row seat to all the actions and entertainment. It also gave us a nice view towards the tower. Windows thick enough to block off noises from the busy square. Room is spacious and clean. Overall great place to stay.

I would have loved to give 5 STAR but for one reason. THERE SHOULD BE ELECTRIC KETTLE IN ALL THE ROOMS SO THAT WE CAN GET TO DRINK WARM WATER WHENEVER WE WANT AND we don't have to go outside the hotel

Very central... within easy walking distance of train and bus stations...plenty of restaurants and shops . Only thing was being at front of hotel it was very noisy early in the mornings. Apart from that a great stay .

I can’t fault the location of the hotel as its central and quiet enough that you can sleep with no issues. The hotel rooms were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. However the service was incredibly disappointing. We booked a taxi through the Hotel to pick us up in Genk at 11pm and the taxi never turned up. We called the hotel who said there wasn’t anything they could do, so we were stranded. With no public transport back to Brussels we had to go with a private taxi who charged us a small fortune.

Third ibis property I have tried and all about the same. Unwelcoming front desk. Seemed as if it troubled them to do their jobs. Asked for wake up calls and did not receive one everyday. Loud. Room not completely cleaned. Iron barely worked. Hand soap in bathroom was completely empty. Was told I could not have a receipt for my stay upon checkout after paying with CC. Breakfast was nice in the morning.

El personal muy amable sobre todo la señorita Rosa que nos atendió rápido y muy amablemente nos respondió todas nuestras consultas y nos ayudó en todo momento. El desayuno muy rico y variado. También fuimos una noche al bar donde nos atendieron muy bien. Con toda seguridad volvería.

This is a good hotel in a very central position. The room we stayed in was slightly smaller than the average hotel room and the the cleanliness of the the mattress and carpet was questionable. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Overall the price of the hotel reflects the quality of the stay - i would return.

The rooms are tiny and the beds small and uncomfortable. This is hotel modeled on a youth hostel or dormitory. Cheap ikea furniture that barely fits in the room. Positives - it is clean and well run. Good breakfast.

What a fabulous location, so close to the Grand Place and the train station. The rooms were nice but I would take out the carpet and replace with vinyl plank flooring for cleanliness (Paris Ibis Bastille Opera has the best renovation). It would have been handy if the bar was open earlier in the day.
