“Great stay”
The hotel staff were welcoming, polite and at all times helpful without imposing unnecessarily. Some were exceptional. The hotel atmosphere was really conducive to rest and relaxation. It had a really nice feel. The room decor was pleasing and the layout very comfortable. The restaurant service and food [for breakfast - we did not have any other meals at the hotel] was superb. I am looking forward to returning and would recommend this hotel to those seeking quality service and accommodation.
“Consistently Inconsistent!”
At the outset let me say that this is a true five star resort with modern spacious rooms with quality fittings etc. What really let's it down is the little things such as the lack of towels at the pool, no salt and pepper on tables, water missing on your room, hand towels in toilets, rooms made up post 4pm, waiters forgetting you etc. After a while you become oblivious to the inconsistencies but at the best resort in Broome, you shouldn't. I would recommend Pinctada but hope that our recent experience was an oversight due to the lead up to the wet season, but l fear not.
