“4 Star Hotel that acts like a 2 star”

Right off the bat this hotel left us with a bad taste in our mouth. Tried to check in at noon but hotel was unaccommodating so we didn't get into our room until 3pm. I've never had a hotel tell me to come back in 3 hours for my room. Very disappointed that staff had no interest in trying to help out. When we finally went up to our room we noticed that staff had left food on the floor in the hallway which was unsightly. 24 hours later the food was still there and had to contact the front desk to tell them that it was starting smell and could they please remove it. Had issues with the internet connection and had to fight with staff to get it resolved.

“Nice and trendy”

The lobby is compact but quite trendy. The room that I stayed in was great, very rommy and clean. It's also nice that there're complimentary bottled water and coke. One thing to complain is the lift, there're two lifts but one was out of service, and the other one wasn't working well neither, it didn't stop on all floors and there're 18 floors in the building. So, I ended up had to use the stair most of the time. It must be painful for those with luggages.
