“OK hotel near Bristol centre & train station”

The Novotel was a good hotel near the train station. Food was satisfactory, but there are several other good restaurants in Mall within a 20 minute walk. Go early, because many close early during work week. Internet and laundry servcie was good, but no speaker phone in room for conference calls. Overall OK hotel, if you can get the breakfast included in a good room rate.

“Will Stay Again”

The Hotel was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the Hotel was central and easy to find. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children and we were all well catered for. We would definetly stay here again.
