“Good overnight stop”

A modern hotel with free car parking area close next door. Room spacious, huge king size bed, and bathroom was large and well appointed. Check in staff in the late evening were very professional and efficient. Breakfast was good and well serviced.

Get a good local map or use your iPhone GPS to navigate the Bristol roads and motorways.

“Great hotel at a reasonable price, with FREE car-parking!!”

Would be very happy to stay at the Future Inn Bristol again. Free wifi in the lobby (would be great if it was extended to the rooms), free carparking, and midday checkout!! Only problem I had was negotiating Bristol's manic streets to find the hotel. Sat-nav does make that easier though. I recommend not arriving during peak hour.

“Very nice”

We stayed here for one night, after being at the Future Inn in Plymouth. The hotel was really nice, and in a good location. The parking is free in the very large mall, just few meters down the road. Internet in the room was free and fast.

“Staying in Bristol”

The hotel was across the road from a shopping complex with a large food court. Free parking was available next door in the shopping centre car park. Breakfast was an extra over the room cost.

A visit to the SS Great Britain museum and Brunel's suspension bridge is suggested.

“great hotel at a great price”

very nice newer hotel. Great hotel at a great price. I'd definitely go back. Right across from the mall for shopping which was a huge convenience. Pillows were a bit too firm, other than that everything was perfect. On a side note, DON'T exchange your currency at the airport. Airports notoriously have lower exchanges rates. Go to a bank or your hotel instead (not sure if this one offers exchange services though.)

Area recommendations

Residents are very friendly and easy to talk to you. Be sure to check out the Clifton Suspension Bridge (amazing!) If you have time, take a side trip to Bath to see the ancient Roman baths. The scenery and old architecture there is AMAZING.

“Great hotel with a great restaurant”

We stayed in this hotel before going on a week long canal boat. We enjoyed is so much that we book it for a second visit. The hotel is very attractive and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is nicely decorated and has very good food and on some nights live entertainment. We would definitely go back.

“bristol spud”

good 3* hotel in central bristol.hotel parking is included in the rate in the adjacent cabot circus,however if this privlidge is withdrawn you are looking at around 20 GBP daily. the in-room telephone and internet service were unavaliable throughout our 4 nt stay due to a technical fault.reception would allow us a local call from their desk,but we had already bought mobiles by this time
