It would have been great to provide solutions during your stay as we do have a mattress topper for those you do not prefer our firmer beds. We do apologise for the unpleasant experience which occurred during your stay with our Hotel. Springwood Tower Hotel values giving our guests the best possible experience whilst staying in our Hotel, we encourage you to contact our Reception with further details regarding your stay so we may investigate & rectify any issues we may be unaware of.

Please know that we attempted to respond to your review on the same day however it was rejected as we'd mistakenly listed our contact details (resulting in a breach of our guidelines with the website). Apologies. Please know that we have since located the apartment you stayed in & conducted a thorough treatment as well as a maintenance check. Please know this was not acceptable & we originally had responding requesting your urgent contact to address the matter at hand. I do wish to confirm that this isn't something you should or would come across within our building & hope you do choose to stay again to confirm this.

Hi Wayne, I'm glad we were able to be helpful - however we do apologise about the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms, we have pedestal fans on site given per request. We are currently exploring our options with air-conditioning being installed in the bedrooms - hopefully this will be completed in time for your next stay. While I do apologise for the lack of communication within The Bistro (the cafe mentioned) I do urge you to contact them directly as the Restaurants onsite are owned & operated separately - I'm sure they would appreciate any feedback given.
