“OK Central Location”

AC was broken and they moved us to another room the next day. Hotel was a bit dirty when arrived with hairs in the bathroom. Overall its ok for a couple of nights.

“Good value”

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was extremely convenient although the position of our room meant that we received a fair bit of traffic noise. The rooms are really very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again though.

“Parking out front an issue, but otherwise good”

Parking at the hotel is accessed via a small drive up area at the fron of the hotel & then the staff drive the vehicle away. Both on arrival & leaving, this area was filled with cars & they were not moved away in a timely manner. Apart from this, the hotel was lovely, bed comfortable, staff friendly & helpful.Convenient location & I would still recommend it to others.

“Good option in a great location”

Great option if you can get a good rate. We stayed in a studio room for two nights on a Saturday and Sunday night. I had read reviews and knew to request a quiet room, received a lovely room overlooking Anzac Square and slept well. They have a strange way of selecting do not disturb/please make up room, and I'm not sure it works. On two occasions when we had do not disturb selected housekeeping tried to access the room. This is not acceptable, do not disturb means do not disturb. This happened around 10am each day we stayed. For people who get out of bed earlier than that, it is probably not a problem.

“Beautiful hotel and decently priced”

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It's a gorgeous old hotel that has been refurbished. The rooms were great, great kitchenette, even a washer/dryer in the bathroom. It was very central to everything, right across from the main train station but it was still very quiet. We easily walked everywhere from here. We had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate going back to this hotel.

“Unbeatable Location”

Clean & modern rooms with all the mod cons. Can't beat the covienience of the location with Central train station right across the street. Hotel lobby is a little dated. Staff service was great - no complaints here I'd definitely stay again.
