The bed it is too much soft. There are noise from the traffic outside in the morning. The bedroom is modern and clean. The staff is very helpful. Room Number 18 doesn’t have Wi-Fi access.

I am a 70 year old woman, the rooms are up 3 flights of stairs, no lifts. The room was very small and claustrophobic, can't open a window, and no fan, so had to sleep with the AC on that was straight on the bed. Parking I felt unsure about as it's in a large parking area at the back of the hotel. The staff were amazing and helpful, they carried my very heavy luggage to and from my room. I had booked there as it was close to the Princess Alexandra hospital, would I stay there again, no.

Compact room but not cramped. Comfy bed. Slippery shower and you can't open door while showering because the steam sets off the fire alarm, which means the bathroom becomes a steam room as no other ventilation. 1-2 flights of stairs depending on where you enter, which depends on the time of day.

Room was pokey, bathroom was once nice, but grout dirty, shelf hanging off wall, grout near mirror edge is green, hanging space is falling off wall.

The accommodation was fine. Staff were amazing - friendly and efficient. Cleanliness was also up there, and without the overpowering smell of cleaning products that some places hold dear. Only downside was the traffic noise starting at 5am. Could have lived without that. But is looks like some of the other rooms wouldn't have that issue.

Great Location for getting to The Gabba. 15 minute Uber ride... Rough exterior had me a bit concerned on check in, as did some of the locals. However the room was clean, comfortable and secure. Nearby Vietnamese Cafe was great in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Property is easy to find and has plenty of car parks. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Close to a lot of sporting venues. Easy to get transport as well.

Excellent recently renovated room. Great location for access to the Gabba. Friendly bar for a drink after the football. Generally exceeded expectations.

It was central, reasonably priced. I got 2 few drink vouchers. Some of the patrons were a little annoying in the bar, whilst trying to just have a quiet beer, but that's ok. The carpet in the public bar was smelly, but the Motel section very clean - I really loved the "graffiti" style painting over the bed. Staff were friendly and amazing - so helpful!

When we first arrived we thought the property looked shabby and in need of some TLC. We started to worry what our rooms might be like! However, the hotel’s rooms were in a recently refurbished part of the building. Clean and modern. With a really good bed.

Great room, very clean and tidy with lovely facilities. Downstairs of hotel was a bit rough, had a drunk in the carpark as we came home in the evening and casino/bar facilities downstairs but great staff and otherwise excellent experience.

Comfortable and clean room. A little disappointed by the lack of availability of meals. The “snacks” menu offered a small selection, but on both nights the fish & chips were presented only lukewarm, hardly edible.

This property is not for everyone. Thrash music playing until all hours. Housekeeping entered our room at 7.20am. It’s a pub and it looks and smells like a pub.

Good value for low price
Lots of stairs, bed was weird , as if mattress not rotated. TV was excellent. Fridge and aircon very quiet. Price is very low so probably will stay again.

Friendly Staff, Clean Room
All staff very friendly. Room very clean, good beds. Is is part of a hotel, generally quite. Good food nearby. Unfortunately, room window can't be opened and it is two story walk up from the car park.
