Aircon was too noisy making it hard to sleep.... lights too dim to read any book while sitting...
Wifi didn't work.... so no internet available... office was closed when we went to hotel
What pleasantly surprised by this little gem. A lovely hotel that is very clean and modern. Parking was easy too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was lovely. Very clean and no guest or traffic noise.
The only thing we didn't like was room air conditioner was noisy.
Would stay here again and highly recommend

Blood on pillow during stay. Staff were quick to rectify but whole place suddenly felt dirty to us. We could not wait to leave.

This is shared accommodation (hotel guests and renters) The accommodation is okay. Some of the renters are rather noisy at night.

Yes the build has residential and hotel units however it is not shared accommodation you do have your own private units/rooms you are only sharing facilities like the pool and gym areas. I am sorry to hear that your stay was dampen by other people in the building, please note for future stays we do have security available after hours should you have any issues including noise. The room was quite spacious, clean, and the decor was attractive and comfortable. The only complaint would be the key card system was inconsistent, needing to re-enter the card in elevator and underground parking.

Great quiet location, perfect hotel to just totally switch off. I recommend taking a walk along the river on the mangroves boardwalk, beautiful.

I caught public transport to Springwood, alighting at the Springwood station. Hotel is conspicuous from the moment you alight and start walking, making it very easy to find.

The staff were fantastic and the room was very clean. Parking was very easy and secure. The bed mattress was a bit too hard for us, but the pillows were great.
