Great location. No road to cross to get to the beach. Everything you need is in the apartment and the pool is perfect temperature.

A nice spacious apartment with on suite bathroom and laundry which was very convenient. Full kitchen nice lounge open plan with lovely decks on 2 sides. The swimming pool was very nice and it was tepid temperature. It was a short walk to a beautiful white beach about 70 metres through bush and trees. Parking was excellent and the check in and out was quick and easy. The only thing was there were no lifts and we were on the top floor It was not a problem for us, but people with mobility issues should ask for a ground floor apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other travelers

Flooring was raw concrete, carpet had been removed through out but concrete flooring was stained and unpleasant. The management called it the industrial look but the floor was not polished or clean. The ceiling leaked when it rained and water ran from bathroom to the bedroom. There was no soap at all and only one very small sachet of shampoo. The sliding living room shutters came off their tracks .The key did not open the beach access gate. TV was limited to local channels.

Beautiful Minjerrabah.
It was good from all aspects. Just what we wanted on a mid-week (3 nights) break from Brisbane. Too cold to swim, but did lots of walks on the very near home beach.

When we did catch up with the managers, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very easy to find and convenient to that part of the island's amenities. Try the sand boarding!

Loved how close to the beach this place was (and quiet). Full kitchen including oven however nothing available (oven trays etc) to actually cook anything in the oven. Floors weren't too clean but everything else was. Comfy couch and bed. Would be nice if they could wash our towels half way through the week (we stayed for 7 nights) but they charge extra for this. Wear shoes on grass as lots of bindis I still have them stuck in my toes! Pleasant managers and excellent communication, thanks.

It was centrally located and you could walk to a number of different locations from it. Supermarket, Bowls Club, Hotel with bar and Restaurant. Then there is also a bus outside the door to take you to the other locations (ferry, cafe's, Newsagent, Pharmacy)

Loved that this was right on the beach; great patio to eat breakfast or just enjoy a glass of wine. Great kitchen facilities. Didn't provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Check in was amazing! We were told everything we needed to know about the island and they allowed us to check in as early as possible even though they were full the night before. Very helpful staff.

Spot on place to stay.
Enjoyed our 3 day break to stradbroke and our stay at the Anchorage.Very close to the beach and very peaceful,studio room was spacious and kitchen adequate,ate at restaurant next door food was reasonable. Would recommend the Anchorage as a place to stay.
