Great location in walking distance to the train station and location music venues. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Bathroom was great with the rain showerhead. Would stay again.

The property was beautiful and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking however was impossible. I paid $25 for parking but tried sweeping my fob on every parking allotment on the street and it didn’t open any so I ended up parking across the road at a parking place and it cost me a further $79 and we had to try and fight traffic to get out luggage across the road. We were in a hurry to get to our concert so had no time to ask for more assistance and we left before the reception opened in the morning.

The service was amazing! I had to extend my stay and nothing was a problem. Was sorted very quickly. Room was ready on time. Perfect spot if you want to be right in the middle of the Valley.

Great location if you're up for an all night long clubbing weekend and need some to sleep through the day, (would not recommend for family with small children) as the Pub across the road is VERY LOUD on Friday and Saturday nights. The pool area is nice and the spa is hot.

Good Location. A little noisy with the pub across the road playing music loudly Friday & Saturday nights. Rooms were clean. I tried ringing them on many occasions the day I was arriving, but kept going to voice mail. There was 3 numbers to ring including a mobile and still went to voicemail, which was a bit disappointing.

Well appointed property in a bustling area of the city, reasonable value for money. I stayed three weeks and only once did housekeeping clean the apartment and change the sheets and then only after me having to ask. Car parking also very expensive, no reduction in rate even given the length of my stay.

Noise from the Wickham Hotel was more obvious in br2. Malfunctioning fridge was replaced the same day the problem was reported. The broken base of the marble table was repaired quickly. Staff was polite and courteous.

Apartment was well presented with modern kitchen & bathrooms. Bed was comfortable & amazing view of the river & city from the 19th floor! Make sure to check out the roof top terrace, with sweeping 360 degree views of Brisbane & surrounding suburbs. The teenage kids loved the pool area, was a little cool for us to get in the water.

We had an amazing stay at Kooii apartments the staff were all helpful and friendly and recommended we check out the top floor and the view at night was so beautiful!

Unfortunately the beds are rock hard and the noise from the adjacent pub makes it very difficult to sleep. Otherwise was OK.

Hi Brooke, thank you very much for the valuable feedback. We have since purchased luxury bed toppers and place them on our beds to cater for those that prefer a softer bed. In terms of the noise we have made a formal complaint with Brisbane City Council as we believe the noise is excessive from our neighbour. We do have rooms facing the opposite direction that would be better protected from this noise.We do hope that you give us the opportunity to experience the difference of the improvements we have made recently.

Staff was not too helpful as they were in a hurry to leave. They were no towels supply and no one to ask for so had to buy some.

Our reception hours are currently not 24/7, however we do have someone available onsite for events such as this to assist. The provision and supply of towels is included and we would have been very happy to run you up some to your room if you had have let us know at the time by simply calling reception. We do apologise for not having them there in the first place and will address this with our housekeeping team.
