The hotel is well-situated close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is fairly clean and our room was spacious for 2 adults and 1 teenager. The beds were comfortable. Overall, a good stay! The only ‘issue’ would be the close proximity to night life. If you’re looking for a quiet place or have small children who are easily woken up, this hotel (location) may not be for you! Parking was also a challenge - difficult to find and VERY expensive (but is the same for the general area of Brighton). The hotel offered a nice buffet breakfast that seemed a bit pricey, but was comparable to other local restaurants and had a better selection of food and drinks for everyone. A lovely English seaside experience!
