Enjoyed our overnight stay. Two minor points which we feel need addressing:- Bath surface wass extremely slippery, making bathing somewhat hazardous. Biscuits alongside the excellent choice of tea and coffee would have been expected.

We love Bridlington, been visiting for years usually at a b & b, gave the Lobster pot a try as where we used to go isn't there anymore, will definitely go again. Lovely pub with great staff, a good walk into town but if you're able to why not it's about 20 mins to town centre. Nice bed & bedding, clean towels, bath & shower, tv, had a lovely breakfast (not included) & evening meals available, all you need for a nice break away, not the ritz, but not priced as, excellent value & we had a lovely time my wife & I, thank you very much. 5 stars.

Easy access to the hotel facilities good friendly, helpful staff, did not have a comfortable sleep due to the mattress not being suitable for my needs? On the second night it left me with pain to my back due to being a hard sprung surface.

Very nice, comfy, relaxed, good location.
Really nice and relaxed hotel with lovely pub serving evening meals and breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the room was really cold as it hadn’t been used for a few days (our trip was outside peak season). The heaters couldn’t warm the room up quick enough but the hotel manager was very attentive and did everything he could to address this, including additional blankets which worked for us, as well as complimentary breakfast by way of apology, which was very kind. The service of the team, the pub atmosphere and hotel cleanliness really made a lasting impression, would definitely go back. Location is only 5 minute drive to Bridlington town centre too. Great value for money!

Restaurant and bar was lovely and food was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel it’s self is a little tired, paint peeling off walls ect, only given one key card which is hard work when loading/unloading car and when you have family with you also, beds weren’t re maid for next night and nothing cleaned, just fresh cups and toilet roll replaced. It’s a shame the hotel needs a little tlc to be brought up to standards of the bar/restaurant. We would probably stay again but only for short period, if visiting family again

Good parking and nice staff. Beds very comfortable. The room smelt like spicey food had been spilled in it as it had an odour to it , it hit you when you entered. No shampoo provided this would have been useful when travelling light (on a scooter) and no plastic cups in the bathroom. The window and the surround of it was dirty, not clean inside or out. Having only one key was an issue when one person needed to leave the room, the other person was left in darkness as it automatically switches the power off when the key is removed from the box. You can probably ask for an extra key but we didn't really think about until became an issue. This should be made clear when booking in maybe please.

4 hairs in the bath when we arrived! Stayed 3 nights don't think the stairs/corridors were vacuumed whilst we were there. Food quality variable, first night sent my meal back pie was hot but all the veg cold. Husband had a completely raw mushroom on his breakfast one morning, one morning the mushroom had been vaquely warmed but was not pleasant, one morning the breakfast was perfect.

Accommodation was very comfortable and towels and drinks were repenished daily. Staff in accommodation were very helpful and friendly. Night porter available throughout the night. Main complaint in the accommodation wa the carpets in the room and passageway needed a good hoovering. Breakfast on the first morning was served by a friendly member of staff but did object to being served with her cardigan sleeves holding the plates and obvious dirt on the sleeves. Only fresh fruit available was apples and no yoghurt or berries as described. The cooked breakfast was very good and plentiful. The following days breakfast was definitely improved with oranges and bananas as well as apples and the waitress well dressed and using an appropriate cloth to serve.

Stayed for two nights. Paid £125 per night and they did not clean the rooms despite phoning them to clean the rooms as the child had wet the bed and soiled nappies which needed to be taken away, which they said they would do. Went out for the day, found the room not clean on our return very disappointing. Asked for compensation, said they were sorry. Will never stay again ! I did not expect poor service like this when paying £125 per night !

Mid Week Stay
Hotel good. Reception was in pub so slow to check in (they seemed under staffed though still very polite). Food in pub choice limited, made more so by too many out of stock items - both evening meal and breakfast.

We had a family room and I wasn’t really sure what to expect on arrival, or whether it would be comfortable. The room was excellent! One double bed and two single beds for the young kids; the room was clean, quite, and convenient. The pub is only 20 steps away and offers good food and drink options. The staff were very friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

Service was good. Room looked clean on the surface but looking a little closer thick dust all round edges of the room. Bathroom had bits down the plug hole & toilet not cleaned around the rim. Food was terible, everything was over cooked.

Unfortunately dirty window sealant , however, rest of room clean, biscuits tea & coffee provided! Middle fimness beds. Good power shower. Building houses behind but dont start until 0800! Nice golf course across the road

Lobster Potential.
Comfortable bed, clean room, good location for what we had planned. Plenty of onsite parking, fairly quiet despite being next to a building site and main road. Pub breakfast was ok and plentiful at a reasonable price. Decent selection of drinks sadly no Becks Blue. It was good.

The carpet leading to the room was filthy. Sadly it turned out the carpet in the room was filthier still. There was mould growing on the bathroom extractor fan and overall it was an unpleasant room to be in. I was glad to leave.
