Aqua - This three Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant serves creative European cuisine in a minimalist design. Two still-life photographs by renowned American photographer Robert Mapplethorpe hang on gray-stained oak walls. Guests can enjoy views over the waterfront in the candlelit atmosphere with its Art Deco chairs, transparent glass dishes, and Robbe & Berking silverware featuring hammered water drops on the surface. Every evening, nine chefs create five- to ten-course gourmet menus and a la carte dishes for up to 36 guests from all over the world.
The Grill - The hotel's day restaurant serves international cuisine for lunch and dinner. Black and white crockery and photographs of Asian gardens are livened by the panoramic view over the canal. The area where the buffet breakfast will be served in is built in a winter garden style and surrounded by glass.
Newman's Bar - Named after famous 1930s portrait photographer Arnold Newman, this bar with wooden furniture displays a selection of his work. The menu includes Cuban cigars and 200 types of spirits. Live jazz and blues music are performed from Thursday until Sunday.
Lobby Lounge - The lobby's design follows the principles of feng shui, allowing a direct view of the waterside. The warm earth colors of the furniture are combined with industrial elements, such as metal bars and the central fireplace. Drinks and light food are served all day. The menu includes 12 different kinds of tea and coffee, served in Wedgewood bone china.
