“convenient hotel to Harvard campus”
I was visiting Harvard with my daughter so this hotel was a very close walk to the college campus. The hotel is very nice but the rooms are small. There is a small outdoor area which is nice for drinks outside in the evening. My only complaint was that I had an important fax to receive from my office in the middle of the night and their machine had not been working for a week. I had to go down the street to another hotel to retrieve it.
“A Fabulous New Small Hotel in the Heart of Cambridge”
Hotel Veritas had just opened on Monday when we arrived on Wednesday. What a nice experience! The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable though not large. The staff were exceptionally nice. We have already booked a return visit.

Place is amazing. Rooms are small but that's not why you go there! Everything is new and nice. THE NUMBER 1 REASON THIS PLACE IS AWESOME IS THE ATTITUDE AND SERVICE you get from the people that work there. They are great! This service here will exceed everyone's expectations. Staff is #1.
“Small but posh hotel next to Harvard”
The building looks like a large converted residence, and the service was great. The rooms were very nicely appointed. Would recommend to business travelers, especially.

The staff was very friendly. The location is right across from Harvard and about a 2 minute walk from the T. Absolutely satisfied and will return.

Hotel Veritas has everything right going for it. Staff, services, location, and facilities are all excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our several day stay in the Boston/Harvard area due to the fine services provided at Hotel Veritas.
“Small but luxurious”
The rooms are tiny but well apointed and the location near Harvard can't be beat. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful beyond measure. Would not recommend for business travelers as most rooms lack adequate workspaces, but for all others this is a hidden gem. Feels more like staying in a wealthy relative's guest suite than a hotel.
“An extremely pleasant hotel”
The hotel is extremely pleasant and has a nice character. The rooms are small for typical american hotels, but at least for me it is not an issue. The loby is a cosy lounge with a gas fireplace. There is coffee and something to bite for breakfast (with a full one possible in a restaurant across the street). The location is also convenient, just 5 min from Harvard square. Wifi Internet worked smoothly. I would definitely stay there again.
“lovely small hotel with the nicest staff”
We stayed in this hotel during our son's graduation from Harvard. The hotel had just opened 2 days before we arrived. It was the perfect location, so convenient to walk to all the activities. The hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice, without being overbearing. It is a small intimate hotel, with a very calm atmosphere. The small lounge and outdoor patio are nice places to have a glass of wine and relax. We would definitely stay there again!
“Great Location, Hotel”
Excellent hotel - the rooms are small, so be ware if you need space, but great location and amenities. There is no mini-bar - but this is countered by the great location (plenty of food places at the doorstep) and the fact that there is a coffee machine and free soda and water available at reception. Staff were excellent and very accommodating and knowledgeable. Only too willing to assist with any questions or problems. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Harvard and is looking for a simple quality hotel to stay in.
