“Great hotel in a Great locaiton!!!”
The hotel is centrally located to all major historical sites in Boston. The hotel staff was outstanding in their service and attention to detail. Our room was cleaned twice a day which is unheard of these days. Their indoor pool, spa and gym are clean (the hotel provides complimentary shorts, t shirts and robes for guests). We paid a little extra for the harbor view and boy was it worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both the vacationer as well as the business person alike.
“Great Hotel”
Fantastic Hotel, service was excellent, especially the concierge Nathaniel. It was nice that the hotel would drive you places via their own fleet of cars, where ever u wanted to go, free of charge. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Not one negative thing to say about it.
“Our weekend getaway”
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning some day. The only bad thing was that our mini fridge was not working, so we had to keep our beverages in the room service fridge, so when we wanted a drink we had to call and have them brought up to our room. The harbor view was beautiful and it was nice to see at all times of the day. It was very quiet and restful. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. All the staff was very helpful.
“A fine base for a Boston vacation.”
Superb hotel. Excellent staff, prompt room service. We had a room with a beautiful view of the harbor. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. We had two meals in the hotel, an Easter brunch buffet and dinner in the Meritage restaurant. Both were wonderful. And expensive.
“The Best”
We will never stay in any other hotel in Boston again. Such a welcoming, friendly, comfortable, pleasant experience. I had been told by a friend that the Boston Harbor Hotel was the best in Boston, and I now second his sentiments.
“A Wonderful Hotel!”
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Professional and friendly staff plus the beautiful room made my stay in Boston truly memorable. Can not imagine staying anywhere else, truly a five star experience.
“Lovely Stay”
Beautiful hotel. Definitely splurge and get a harbor view room. Service was impeccable.
“5 star is the truth”
Its expensive but overall I think worth it. During the week we were there they had nightly music events. Disappointing that the room did not have a balcony so we could smoke outside since hotel was non smoking but that just forced us to smoke less and when we did we could run downstairs and catch a great view and fresh air while doing it so not tragic. I shouldn't smoke anyway but that's an entirely different review lol Staff was very helpful, hotel was breathtaking and rooms were cleaned twice a day. They are very close to everything and you can take the water taxi right from the airport dock to the hotels dock at rowes warf which makes for a nice little trip right from the start. Overall if you have the money its worth it. I have never stayed in a 5 star before but this one was nice
“Boston Harbor Hotel - excellent!”
From Boston originally and watched this hotel being built. Always wondered what it was like ... now I know! How beautiful, and the service was absolutely perfect. Even with the lousy weather, the staff always greeted us with a smile. Wish we stayed longer ... only complaint was about the buffet breakfast. Not a fan of buffet-style meals, but their breakfast restaurant is being renovated, so that's what was available. Fruit was great, service perfect, but it's a buffet. Still, overall 5 stars.
“Best hotel”
Would give this hotel more stars if we could. Perfect location for tourists, very close to all Boston's action. Staff was amazing, especially concierge. Rooms were very nice, and they made our Anniversary even more special.
