"The staff are excellent and are very helpful in giving you help when you need it. They also speak an array of different languages; I’ve heard Japanese, English, and Korean which I would say is an indication of professionalism and diversity which I have lots of respect for. The room itself was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping was also professional, quick, and friendly. In regards to transportation, the Guro Digital Complex Station (Exit No. 6) is the closest station to the hotel. I would say the travel time to and from the more touristic areas such as Myeongdong and Itaewon are quite far but I would say that with Seoul’s efficient transportation it’s quite okay. But some notable areas are close such as: Hongdae, and Gangnam. Given my comment above, the hotel is around some pretty good areas that I would say aren’t advertised as much, such as Kkalkkal street. I would also add on that there are excellent restaurants around the hotel that are cost friendly. All in all this is an excellent hotel! The front desk staff are excellent hard workers and are diverse in speaking an array of different languages. Thank you Shilla Stay at Guro for enriching my experience in Korea! God Bless. "

"This hotel is conveniently located to the metro and buses. Across the street are several places to eat. Starbucks is next door along with a convenience store. Room was smaller than expected but it was clean and comfortable for 2 people. When returning to Seoul we will book this hotel again. Highly recommend for first time travelers using the metro. "

"Stayed at Conrad for a couples weekend getaway and it was phenomenal. We dined at the Zest restaurant on Friday for their Lob of Lobster buffet and ordered room service both of which was amazing. The concierge service was great. We received text messages a few times a day asking if we needed anything. Hands down I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The rooms were the largest and cheapest in my search over 3 star hotels in Seoul in November (around 70USD per night). The staffs were calm and kind. Free water bottles and coffee available at front desk area. Close to large department stores like Time Square, Lotte Shinsegae. The only concern was the environment that was very noisy and busy small market with lots of restaurants and bars especially on Friday and Saturday at nights. Inside hotel was quit and peaceful. It was a bit awkward that the airport shuttle driver I requested through the hotel wanted extra 10,000W at the end even though the front desk confirmed the price was 90,000W in cash when I made a reservation. "
