"Pros - Can’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel, our room was spotless and finished to good spec. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cocktail upon arrival is a great touch and we enjoyed the fun vibe of the hotel. Cons - The breakfast area downstairs was far too small to cope with number of guests on Sunday morning we were there, so lots of people were pushing through to get food and having to stand up against bar or use the bar stool seats. We also had people outside until early hours having lengthy loud conversations and smoking outside the front entrance underneath our room, which forced us to close window which made it incredibly stuffy."

"The room was clean and comfortable but I think it would benefit from air conditioning. The fan in the room was very noisy and did shuffle around of its own accord. Parking is a big plus for this hotel compared to others in the city centre."

"Great for a couple stay. Stayed for birthday - hotel gifted chocolates & card was a nice touch. Hotel was clean & rooms & bathrooms were spacious. (Bathroom lighting was great when needing to do makeup for night out) Wasn’t able to check in until 3pm - wish being able to purchase early check in was a thing. However was able to have a drink at the bar while we waited for room. Parked on site was great , felt car was safe. Was £12 for 24hrs. Breakfast buffet was so nice , paid extra for this and would again. Selection 10/10 food was also hot. Staff in restaurant were always attentive and helpful. Used the on site spa , paid extra fee when using. Spa very easy to use was given robes and towels. Changing areas & showers in spa very clean. Location great - Easy uber ride into town for a night out. Would stay here again Staff at reception very kind, friendly & welcoming. We did stay on a match day and car park also felt secure. (had to show proof of stay when entering car park on foot to security)"

"Loved the room with high ceilings. Bed super comfortable, so quiet despite been on a relatively busy street. Air con top notch. Lovely staff. The little kitchen in the wardrobe was brilliant wish every hotel had it. Would stay again."
