“Modern Hotel in Bologna”
Hotel new, quite comfortable and beautiful. Really a pleased place to spend good nights.The Bathroom is impeccable, as well as the cleaning of the room. There is nothing to depreciate this hotel. Really the most modern hotel than I was in my trip to Italy, feather could not be more nights for there.I cannot only evaluate the location of the hotel, because I arrived with a rent car at night and we left soon in the morning. To arrive with the car on the hotel, it was relatively easy, because there is one of the exits of the road ring that outlines Bologna, with the same name of the indication of the hotel address .
“Great value business hotel”
Excellent service and great room design. Only downside is the distance from the centre and no restaurant in the hotel but good pizzerias easily accessible on foot. Perfect for short business stays.
“Best customer service experience”
This hotel was simply a wonderful experience! Francesca at the front desk is absolutely a delight. She was so warm, welcoming and helpful during our stay. She recommended the best Italian restaurant only minutes from the hotel and was such a joy to talk to. You can tell that she loves her job and wants to take care of the guests. Our experience with the manager in the morning was equally pleasant. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. A definite boutique style hotel that goes above and beyond to take care of their guests by offering suggestions, unlimited coffee, beverages, snacks throughout the day, breakfast and free internet access! I would absolutely recommend this hotel

“Very good new out of town hotel”
Stayed here as a one night stop over on the way between Florence and Venice. Locating the hotel was a little difficult as the address we had was slightly different to the actual address, but got there eventually. Very friendly staff checked us in and explained about hotel facilities and services, including gym and free drinks and snacks (went down well!). Was a little disappointed with the distance out of town (about 3km to main square)but the hotel is on a bus route and has bikes for hire (no charge - in summer months I think)- took about 10 mins to cycle into town and a great way to explore. Room was a good size, clean and with a great bathroom. Hotel also has a sun terrace on the roof, although no chairs / loungers at moment, still a nice option to get some sun. Overall, this was a new, friendly, comfortable and clean hotel, probably more suited for business users, but it suited us for our one night stay. If you aren't bothered about being in the centre of town, I would recommend you look into it as prices are very good too.

The hotel was beautiful and very well equipped with internet access, complimentary coffee and water. We got some great pizza just down the road. Our stay was just over night to catch an early flight in the morning. The taxi ride from/to the airport was a bit costly.

“An exceptional hotel property”
This is a boutique-type hotel, whose owners obviously spent time determining what, exactly, creates a relaxing, pleasant environment for travelers. This property has it all: soothing colors, relaxing common rooms, snacks available throughout the day (displayed for guest consumption in the dining room, another of several well-thought-out common spaces). The hotel is about 12 blocks from the train station (Bologna Centrale) and the old quarter, but that is precisely the type of location for an excellent's night's rest with the window open (in summer). Superb service, beautiful rooms, exceptional common areas. A delight!
“Good value”
It is an independent hotel if that makes a difference. Well kept, refreshment and finger food available at all times. Nice breakfast buffet. A little out of the way since all the action in Bologna seems to be concentrated in the town center. Cab ride will run you about 10 euros. Bologna is a very cool town - I enjoyed my time there.
