Old hotel. Need serious refresh to the facility and primarily the bathrooms… showers are a joke.., I spent two nights there in this past week and I won’t recommend it at all!

Had reserved a suite with two doubles.. The room had a king and a small cot. In addition, the sofa was broken (front part had literally fallen off and was lying there). So totally unusable. In addition, room was incredibly warm..had "air conditioner" going all night on the lowest setting but still hot in the am. They offered to move us to a very small double bed (which also was like a sauna when you entered) room but no compensation for the price differential or another room similar but without the sitting area and only one bed. We opted to just stay since it was for only one night. Would NOT recommend at all.

First off when i call for direction on how toget the shuttle i was misled .also the shuttle is not running from afternoon till 9 pm wich is weird. When i call from the airport the staff never picked up the phone. When i funally asked them why they said they were too busy .what answer is that..?? the dinner service was ridiculous the staff couldnt manage 10 table ..very bad

Property, although a bit dated, is well kept and clean. The staff is super polite and courteous. The restaurant at the hotel is great, have never had a bad meal there after 3-4 stays. Location is convenient for the airport, but inconvenient if you're going to spend more than 1 day to tour or meetings. Excellent for a "night before" flight.
