"My bed sounded like there was a bed post broke and no matter how you moved on it it would slam on the metal waking me up all night! There was literally no breakfast option, and the breakfast that was there was cold and the cereal was super stale and the orange juice they need to stop watering down because you couldn’t even taste it. I travel for constantly and have stayed at multiple of your hotels and have never had a problem and have never written a review but I just had to for this place. The comforters had brown spots all over them. My room didn’t get cleaned or changed for the 6 days I was there they came twice out the 6 days. And out of the 2 times they came I was on a very important business call on my laptop they knocked and I told them please come back I’m on a business call and then continue to knock and when I opened the door they were for some reason like aggressive towards me when I said please give me a minute and then threw up there hands like angry which I was very confused about? I just needed a few moments.
I travel for work every 3 months and stay at hotels everywhere in Boise but this by far was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I won’t be back."
