Rooms are small. Construction noise is starting from 8am inside in the hotel. Breakfast is very limited and until 9am. Our balcony door wasn’t locked. Room safe is very small not even to store your wallet there. Inconvenience location. Room service/cleaning was average.

Highly Recommended
Staff are friendly and amazingly helpful. Hotels.com status entitled me to a free bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. Accommodations were very nice. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night so I couldn't see it all, but everything I did experience was great. Will return!

Hotel Stay from Oct 30 to Nov 1st
The lobby was very beautiful! I had the grand double room and it was wonderful and spacious. The tv in the room was the best feature and the bathroom was very nice and shower had hot water. Overall, friendly staff and excellent location. The only problem I had was being charged for a 3rd guest even though it was only two people (myself included).

Very nice personnel, great location and modern building. My only surprise was the large additional fee for someone else saying since elsewhere this is never an issue. Overall, satisfactory experience.

Great location nice boutique hotel
Good clean place located in a nice neighborhood with access to great restaurants. Decent breakfast, good fit and finish in the common areas but my room feels unfinished furnishing. No AC but should be fine with the temperature dropping at night. During the day can stay cool by pooping the window open. When the window is open however the street noise is quite loud. Other than that everything was great.

Staff does not speak English. We were unable to control room temperature. Some towels were not placed in a room. There was no shower gel and the quantities of shampoo were so small. In all average or below average hotel.

A Gem in Bogotá, and what a price!
The hotel is located in an excellent area. The breakfast is good, the service is excellent, and the facilities are outstanding (the same as in the photos). I used the coworking area my whole stay, and it was great for me and my coworkers.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Excellent breakfast. A very safe area for walking around. Lots of dining choices. Only drawback is that you can hear road traffic and louder noises from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast hours could be better, they are only 2hrs from 7-9am The elevator was not working, but they were helpful to carry our bags up and down. Staff has great attitude, excellent location, safe area to walk and go for coffee and nice dinners.

Could had been amazing!
The room was as advertised on the pictures, the service was good. The breakfast buffet was nice but got a room on the 6th floor and the elevator was broken. Seems like it will be fixed soon because they were actively working on fixing it. (but would be a nice thing to be told beforehand) Also the wifi in the room was quite unreliable so i had to either use my data or go down ( using the stairs ) to work on my computer. The view from the room was nice ( like open view ) and the neighborhood was nice.

Exceptional Service
All staff, from front desk, to kitchen, to cleaning were amazing. I requested a few additional things, a kettle for the room, and a hair dryer, or if my friend could park under for a short time, and staff were more than happy to assist where possible

Great place for the money. Rooms were very nice and the showers plenty of hot water. Wifi was average at best and would go out for small periods of time. Breakfast was very limited with your choice of eggs and not many sides. Tons of coffee and juice though. Elevator went out for a brief time...it is very old and needs to replaced. Place just got redone on the bottom and was very pleasing. Staff was excellent. For the money hard to beat!

Excellent location but currently under construction (Sep 2022). No working elevator and banging noises throughout the day/early morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly but did not speak English as an FYI so needed Google translate to communicate. Overall a nice stay in a wonderful neighborhood.

Very good and extremely professional staff helping all the way they can and ready to go extra mile. A Senior Receptionist Marco speaks very good English (not a guarantee in Colombian hotels) and can suggest many activities and eating options. But everyone else working there is also very good and helpful. Room is spacious with good-size working desk and all other room facilities are great too including a rain shower.
