There is no air conditioning so you have to open the windows. That means that your room can get noisy as the traffic from the street goes into early mornings. Otherwise, the location is convenient if going to Agora and the staff is pleasant. I had a good experience and would recommend for a business trip.

Mala experiencia en Santafe real
La habitacion estuvo sucia desde que llegue, el elevador no sirvio en algunas ocasiones, las habitaciones contiguas hicieron muchisimo ruido, y no pude dormir ademas de que las habitaciones estaban junto a la calle y sin mucha comodidad. No me quede la ultima noche y no me quisieron reembolsar nada. Hotels tampoco ayudo

Buenos dias señora Ntalia cordial saludo que triste sus comentarios no entiendo como es capaz de usted de decir estas cosas tan feas del hotel, decir que la habitacion estaba sucia desde que llego con todo respecto eso no es verda la habitacion esta arreglada y lipmia, si usted encontro la habitacion sucia en su llegada por que no informo de una vez la habitacion se la entrego el botones que esta de turno usted realizo una reserva por 2 noches, si se viera sentido incomoda desde el dia que llego por que no solicito la cancelacion de la reserva en esos momentos el hotel le ofrecio, alternativas de cambiarla de habitaciones, le quisimos mostrar otras habitaciones pero usted no quiso nisiquiera mirarlas repito es muy triste que nos deje un comentario tan incomodo, no entendimos su incomodiada y posibles mal servicio que le pudieramos haber dado de todas maneras le pedimos mil disculpas si el hotel no estuvo a su altura que dios te vendiga y tenga un feliz dia cordialmente DANIEL DURAN C HOTEL SANTAFE REAL

Decent place to stay in Bogota and much cheaper than the Hilton, but there are many cheaper and better options in this affordable city. Close to the Agora conference center if that is your goal. Give it a try perhaps. The staff are nice and they offer a free shuttle to the airport (or from, though the ride I requested never came and I had to get a taxi).

Friendly staff wrong location
Elevator was broken so we moved to Salitre Real down the street same owners. Rooms were clean, staff helpful and friendly. Internet didn't work in rooms . Area is 15 - 20 min drive to downtown. There is a corner store, also money exchange right next door. Staff walked us to Pizza restaurant down street. Hamburger place across street. Run down buildings nearby, area looks rough not best impression of Colombia. Prices too high for location and facilities.

Definitely no 3 1/2 stars hotel, The stuff was very nice even they don't speak English . The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the outside even in the hallway Or in the next room . The beds was OK even if it was not so comfortable .

The staff was excellent but the hotel room was atrocious. The sheets were dirty; so much so that I requested another room. The next room had an unclean bed as well. I just slept in my cloths for the night.

maintenance needed
the hotel needs a good maintenance persone and a good maintenance. I had a room that the shower leaks to the floor outside of the shower. the ceiling was repair but is falling apart. the facility manager needs to be more proactive with this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. They went our of their way to make our trip run smoothly. I would not heistate to stay there again.

A clean, comfortable business-class hotel not far from the airport. I would have given this hotel a higher rating had the elevator been working when I checked in. The front desk was not particularly well organized, either.

Personal amable pero pequeños aspectos por mejorar
El personal es muy amable y servicial, las tarifas económicas. Mejoraría dos aspectos: ruido que se siente desde otras habitaciones (escuchabamos roncar a otro huesped) ausencia de aire acondicionado y estado de los elementos (papelera dañada y nevera con ruidos)

Son puras ratas,me pusieron una noche más en la cuenta con la justificación de que expedia había enviado a cancelar mi reservacion un día antes del arribo de mi hijo ;le cobraron a él el jabón y el desodorante que en toda parte del mundo los hoteles dan gratis, de cortesia

buenas noches señor pedro fernandez abad cordial saludo de antemano le pido disculpas por los posibles inconvenientes que pudo haber tenido su hijo durante la estadia sr pedro no me parece que nos trate de ratas cuando la noche que le cobramos fue un NO SHOW por no llegar el dia que usted reservo por favor cuando realice una reserva revisar bien las clausulas que tiene cada portal en cuanto lo que cobramos de consumos del minibar estos productos no estan en el baño y hay un listado de precios con dichos productos y el botones tambien al entregar la habitacion hace entrega del inventario pregúntele a su hijo como nos dejo la habitacion que nos toco dejarla fuera de servicio por 3 dias cordialmente HOTEL SANTAFE REAL
