We had a good time there.The staff was very helpful and friendly.As it’s quite hot these days the Air conditioner of our room didn’t work properly and also the cleanliness could have been improved. The room condition specially bathrooms could be improved significantly.

While our stay on second day our room didn’t get cleaned , on our request they cleaned our room but didn’t provide us towels , when inquired we got to know hotel was short of towels and there was no room service manager available to talk to . Reception guy was rude and was saying it’s not his fault his job is just to take care of reception. At 730 pm they finally gave towels

Convenient enough, prefer to eat outside though
Overall Convenient and nice size of pool with water slider, but foods were not so satisfied enough. Access: 4 very convenient access to Port for sea activity/cruise. To Main Street is also walking distance. Food: 2 Not too many variation but mostly local food. We Went out for almost all lunch and dinner. It was relief to have food at hotels with snack time (fried food, cakes) if you stay hotel but unless special reason we preferred to go out Service: 4 During the stay, a couple of troubles (toilet flush x2, water stop) but all have been solved very quickly Cleanness: 3 Generally cleaned well

Filthy, unsanitary, rude and inhabitable!!!
Unfortunately, I just checked in and out of the hotel because of the terrible and unsanitary conditions in the room. There was a terrible and unbearable smell in the room. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, leaving us no option but to leave the hotel and find a different accommodation in Bodrum. I and my wife requested to be relieved of any payment for the reservation in order to be able to pay the substituting accommodation, but the hotel manager was rude in his refusal. We will demand our money back and conflict resolution under hotels.com mediation.

This is the 4th year in a row that we've been to this hotel and the quality and service remains excellent. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The accommodation is of a very high quality and the food is fantastic.

The overall property was below average. The room was old and broken down, the faucet was broken and shower didnt work properly. The blow dryer was 1960's! The tilea in room were broken and the TV didnt work. Pools were okay and the food was straight out terrible!!! We stayed out all day and made the best of our stat by eating out. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing about it was how close it was to city center.

Not happy.
This trip was such a disapointment.İ have been to this hotel twice now,and will not be going back.The first time was very good,this trip was awful.The room was way below standard,Room key would not work,Electric kept going off,Room floors where held in place with tape,when i complained,the front desk were very slow to answer.I asked for a room change,to be told,these are the rooms you get for that price.

Great experience u will love this resort
The hotel was very clean, walking distance from the main shoping centre and the beach. Staff was very helpfull especially at reception. Room was good with balcony and a decent size. Room service was great aswell.Paulina was very helpful and polite, She kept our room clean and tidy. Swimming pool was clean, seen staff cleaning the area every evening. Food at the hotel was great.resturant were very helpful and professional. The deco of the hotel was good for the price. Well will recomend that anytime

Hotel is close to the city centre, marina & beach
Hotel and facilities are nice, staff in need of hospitality management, need to carryout checklist prior to check in to ensure meet international standards i.e. safe, phone and wifi not working, no bathtub, and food sub standard and repatative, definitely not five star as rated. I'm sure other guests have made same comments based on reviews these are the areas of improvement for me to make guest recommendation.

Great value for money. There was a wide range of Turkish and International Travellers across the age spectrum. The all inclusive deal is really good value for money. Great location, easy walking to the habour. The delux rooms a little more expensive, but really worth it. The evening bar is extremely noisy and it would be impossible to sleep if you had a cheaper room close to the bar. So definitely pay a little bit more for the delux rooms. Bodrum is a great city, highly recommend it.

No one really sits at the reception or even if they sits they wont respond to your call from room. Everything was going okay untill this happened. In my 2 nights stay i tried to contact at the reception like for 5 6 times but everytime the phone gave busy tone. Same thing at the laundry number aswell. And when i went down, there was no one sitting at the reception. Other than this issue, it was a satisfied overall stay cause of the hotel location.

Good central all inclusive hotel in Bodrum
As I stayed in this hotel previously on several occasions, I always find it as a good place for a short stay due to proximity to ferry port and the main bus station. There are far better all inclusive hotels around in similar price range. however, this one is nearest to all amenities and bar street. Leadership of management and staff could be better. Food is good, yet you getting better in vogue, wow or similar.

WRONG CHOICE!
NO NO NO! It is listed as a "5star" hotel on expedia, but it's NOT! The building is very old, the rooms are tiny, dirty and in a bad condition! The room walls and the door are 100% opposite of you call "soundproof". Because of the noise made by drunk men my baby wake up multiple times in the night. Besides, I have never seen more ignorant and arrogant staff than Mandarin's in my life! They treat their customers like "you paid and you chose this shi*tty hotel, so just deal with it!". On the very first dat I went to the reception desk and requested a room where the AC does not LEAK WATER DROPS onto the floor! Not only me, I saw at least three more customers asking the same thing. And the response was like "There's nothing we can do" (not even "sorry to hear that"???). Oh about the restaurant? It is FULL of FLIES! Also, one day while waiting on the line for food at the outside restaurant, I saw some tree leaf drop in the meal. I called the chef and told him about it. His answer was "So what should we do? Cut down the trees around the restaurant?" (FYI, tree leaves may carry a lot of bacteria on them, very dangerous, Google it!) Overall, just pick another hotel.

Decent hotel, close to seashore.
Decent hotel, 10 min walk to the sea and seaside shopping and restaurants. Good size room, fair swimming pool. I bought breakfast only, not a full pension, breakfast was good for my simple tastes. Make sure not to flood your room, floor in the shower room is elevated and there is no curtain. In short, enough comfort for what I have paid. Workers have limited English.
