"We really enjoyed our time here. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The breakfasts offered a wide choice of fresh food, and the dinners were excellent and prepared with care. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the heated bathroom floor added a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this place."

"The staff is amazing !! All areas are very clean!! Beds are very comfortable!! People of all ages are welcome!! It is quiet!! The cooking and eating area are large and very accommodating!!! I felt at home there and very safe!!! It is in a wonderful location!!! The staff is very helpful and very trustworthy good people!!! They are very quick and kind if you need assistance!! I am 74 years old a female solo traveler and I felt very much at home here!!! I spent many days in this hotel and I can say very honestly I will miss this hotel and the Staff!! The place and the Staff are definitely top notch !!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It was a shame that the laundry’s dyer was broken but we did our washing anyway. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the dryer. Nice room looking towards the mountains to the south. The hotel is ideally situated for downtown. Restaurants and bars were a walk away. Walking along the harbour side was a great pre or post dinner therapy. We parked on an adjacent street."
