"Our experience was disappointing. The gentleman checking us in was rude. We got our key and arrived late around 11:30pm, then went to our room only to find a bug infestation. We loaded up our car and returned the key at the front desk with the rude gentleman. He argued with me, claiming no bugs were in our room and that it was clean. Then he offered to clean up the bugs. Immediately after I turned the key in I reached out to Expedia for my money back and they denied it due to it being a non-refundable rolm. I'm not an expert on bugs, but so I won't share my opinion, however, ChatGPT identified the bugs I took pictures of as those pesty parasites some travelers fear of picking up. I'm so glad we didn't stay and drove across the freeway to find another hotel to stay in at midnight."
