“Not very happy..”
The front desk was very helpful. The issue was the room- hard to tell if it had ever been cleaned. Saw a number of cockroaches around the bathroom area. Also a large mold problem on the top of the walls, due to a leak in the shower, Im assuming. There was also a film of yucky stuff all over the sink in the bathroom. Overall, it was pretty gross considering I paid as much to stay there for one night as I do rent for one week of my very clean apartment!
“Rusty Spa”
As a treat, I stayed someplace with a pool, sauna, whrilpool. There was rest in the sauna which did not heat up, tepid water in the whrilpool. The nest day the sauna was still rusty and really nonfunctional.
“Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington West”
Not to blame the staff. They're working in a hotel that's falling apart and none of the owners seems to care. Everything is either old or old and falling apart. Unfortunately, it looks like much of the rest of the west side of Bloomington, IL - old, crumbling and threadbare.
