“Fabulous”
Exceeded our wildest expectation, which given the cost, were very high. Upon arrival were upgraded to a top floor junior suite that was huge, gorgeous and had the most stunning views across Lake Como. Location is awesome. Food was incredible. Staff were very friendly and warm. This is the kind of place you come to and don't move. The road in and out is hairy getting back to Como or to Bellagio (45) minutes. No reason to leave.
“A little slice of heaven”
We had a wonderful week at beautiful Casta Diva. The service was exceptional, the location spectacular and the property just perfect. We are already planning our next visit and only checked out yesterday
“Great Hotel, Stuffy Staff”
Hotel was stunning, facilities were superb but the staff were rediculous, always expecting you to go to them, telling us what to do and not being remotely hospitable. We were a young group so they must of felt we weren't deserving but when you spend a fortune for 2 nights, you dont expect this kind of service. The Manager was good though, spa was great and the food was reasonable.
