“Hotel Experience”

We chose this hotel because of its appearance. We had an overnight stay including breakfast. The service was superb, reception staff extremely helpful, and very professional. The double room was extremely comfortable and very clean. Overall the experience was superb and I would definitely recommend it,

“Best hotel i have stayed in.”

Slight mix up on arrival, but soon sorted and then found ourselves in two great rooms. Everything as it should be . Great breakfast. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone and will be returning next year.

“Very comfortable - grand views”

The room was very comfortable and the staff helpfull - all for a reasonable price. Breakfast expensive but there are lots of other choices around the hotel. Good location for Mail box, town centre and theatres - all within easy walking distance

“Lovely Hotel”

This hotel was gorgeous. The room was clean and modern, although not very big it had been cleverly designed to make the most of the space. The views were great and so was the location, really close to the Bullring, Mailbox and only 5 minutes from the station. Service was great, fast check in and check out. Would really recommend this hotel. We were very impressed by Birmingham in general.

“Very slick Birmingham hotel”

From the moment you step into the foyer of the hotel it feels like something a bit special. The decor and interior is obviously well designed and feels very luxurious. The reception staff were very professional and friendly when checking in and out. The room was also nicely decorated - bright and colourful, which is a pleasant change from other hotels' bland colouring. The bathroom was nice and spacious, with some gorgeous smelling toiletries. The location is great for getting to the main train station and for access to local restaurants, bars, etc.

“Great hotel”

We were more than impressed with Radisson SAS in Birmingham. Great location, very nice modern clean rooms. Free broadband was a bonus. Loved the location and there is a NCP parking building behind the hotel . Had a great breakfast (in the room) Will be staying at this hotel if we go back to Birmingham!

“Excellent hotel”

We stopped at the Radisson for a shopping weekend. It was so convenient. Easy walk to and from Birmingham New Street even with all our shopping bags. Only a few minutes walk from the Mailbox where we ate both nights. The hotel was decorate really well in a very modern style. The rooms were a decent size, not huge but definitely big enough. The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast good. They had nice big mugs in the rooms instead of cups and the tea was fair trade. It wasn't at all noisy, I didn't hear a sound from any other room for the duration of our stay.
