The staff were ultra friendly and made my partner and I, and our dog, feel very welcome.

“Completely and utterly disasterous”

For a 3 star hotel the room was unbelieveably cold - they gave us a tiny blow heater that must not have been used in a very long time because it stank of mould and dust and didnt warm us up at all. We didnt even stay for our breakfast - we went to the airport as soon as we got up (8am) even though our flight wasnt to 4pm - as we needed to get warmed up somehow!! It completely an utterly spoiled our break away - will never ever use this hotel again and recommend that no one considers using this hotel - unless your from the north pole and can handle freezing climates.
