"We tried to book ahead for early check in and it’s not promised so we completely understand that but when we showed up and our room wasn’t ready the staff was less than helpful. We figured if we were trying to check in early and they knew we arrived they might send a message up to house keeping to push our room towards the front of the line. Despite checking back a couple of times we were able to get into our room until almost 15 minutes past regular check in. It was a total of four hrs we waited around for our room. Despite that we didn’t let it ruin our trip and we did enjoy several amenities of the casino/hotel/spa. My recommendation to the hotel would be to make sure that the staff communicate clearly if Chick-fil-A can do it I think a big casino can do it too."

"While the property is dated and In need of some refurbishing that doesn't take away from the great location and the wonderful staff. The associates at the front desk are wonderful. My family and I had a great time while staying here."

"Not knowing what I was getting for such a reasonable price, I was thoroughly surprised. I'm not a gambler, but the outdoor pool and bar with Cambri was great! She was very attentive! People greeted my friend and I and everyone was very friendly especially Eric. He helped us get our reservations at Mignon's when we didn't think we could get in. Megan and Jayden were fabulous! Chris at Mignon's bar was such a cutie and very attentive as well. Ask for the 'northerner' Chris with cute curly hair! Oh, and it's non-smoking!! I will be back!"

"I'll be honest—this is a no-frills kind of place, and that's exactly what we were looking for. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the property was well-kept. The location was great and close to everything we needed. We were in town for a concert and just needed a safe, clean, affordable place to crash for the night. For the price, this place was a home run. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but it was perfectly fine and got the job done. If you're looking for luxury, this probably isn't your spot. But if you want a clean, comfortable place to sleep for a night or two without breaking the bank, I'd definitely stay here again."
