“What a beautiful spot!”

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! We stayed in one of the attic rooms and it was so quaint and cozy. The view was beautiful. If the window was open, you could lie on the bes and see the snow covered mountains. Breakfast was delicious. There is a beautiful patio on the back. The staff were more than accommodating, and offered suggestions on restaurants and activities, as well as being very pleasant. Hotel Lotschberg was very romantic and scenic.

“Excellent hotel in Interlaken”

Very easy to find and close to town. Great, friendly service. I stayed in the attic which was really cute and had a good view of the mountains. Breakfast was included which was excellent. There is a patio area, shared living area and internet access available. There are also mountain shoes and coats you can borrow! Highly recommended, would definitely go back again.

“Interlaken West recommended family hotel”

This was a very friendly and accomodating Hotel very close to Interlaken West railway station. The family run hotel provided a lot of little extras to make our short stay more comfortable,,such as a free washing machine and dryer, free tea and coffee making and microwave in the lounge, The host, Fritz, was very helpful about local weather information and when best to go up the mountain. Our room was spacious and clean.

“Friendly Place”

The hotel is situated at a good location, a furlong from the Interlaken West station. The staff is very friendly and eager to help you out with details for travelling. The kitchen is open for use 24hr which came in very handy for us. The rooms are quite ambient, well maintained. All in all quite good place with nice service on all the 4 days we stayed there, i did not expect any 5 star treatment either...

“Lovely Rooms”

The hotel stay and rooms were very pleasant. The reception folks were very helpful in iving more information on Interlaken and places to visit. You can even rent bikes from there for free and roam around the town.

“functional and clean hotel, centrally located”

The family-run hotel is centrally located and the staff were helpful. The rooms and facilties are basic but clean - as part of the expedia special rate we were accommodated in the adjoining 'susie's hostel'. Breakfast was included and satisfactory. There are a selection of nearby restaurants for evening dining. The hotel is two minutes walk from interlaken west station. Overall it was reasonable value for money, no frills but a pleasant low budget hotel suitable for a short stay.
