“Swiss service”
This was our first visit to the Swiss capital and we found everything to be a bit expensive, including the Hotel. That was the only negative - the reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable (and had tea and coffee facilities, not found in many hotels in Europe). Even though it is on a busy intersection, the double glazing meant very little noise. Breakfast was very nice. Free WiFi in the lobby.
“Well situated, clean, value for money Hotel in Bern.”
The hotel is very well situated close to the station and main shopping and tourist areas. It offers clean and sufficiently roomy accommodation at an affordable price for such a popular and expensive city.

“This is a great location by the train station”
This is a great location, walking distance from the train station. Bern is a great town and this hotle is also close to the city bus. They have lockers and will hold your luggage if you do a side trip.
“Enjoyed Bern”
I think all hotels should come with free internet and it was not available at this hotel.

great location right near train station, and just a few minutes to the historical center. staff very nice. refurbishment work not a problem.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful however this hotel does not have free wireless as indicated by Expedia.

Clean, neat, conveniently located, fair price, but the hotel would gain a lot with front desk people knowing what hospitality means.

Pros: nice clean hotel, close to the railway station, great selection for breakfast, free breakfast was included. free apples Cons: WiFi internet is very expensive 7$ per 30min. there is a free PC in the lobby however
“Reasonable price for this location”
An average hotel. But looking generally on prices in Bern will recommend to stay for short trip.
