Heat isn’t working. Noisy

Received only an incomplete email with the codes that you need to check in and enter your room. That was quickly solved since I was lucky enough to reach the owner directly per telephone. Room is basic but clean and the bed was also comfortable. In the shower is a bit mold so the bathroom smells a bit. The heat isn’t working in the room and that causes very cold nights when it’s -4 degrees outside. The windows don’t keep out the noise from the busy street. Sleeping is only possible with ear plugs. Can’t really recommend it, especially not in the winter.

Buona posizione, vicinissima a bus ed a due passi dalla metro. La stanza era abbastanza pulita, ma la mobilia era danneggiata. Nota positiva, nella nostra camera era presente un piccolo frigorifero, molto utile. Purtroppo la strada è molto trafficata e rumorosa, le tende oscurano molto poco quindi non si dorme benissimo. La reception praticamente è sempre chiusa, quindi l'unico modo per comunicare è via mail/telefono. Per il prezzo, può andare bene se ci si adatta.

La struutura è comoda ai trasporti, sia con gli autobus sia con metrò, in 15 min sei in centro. La camera confortevole , ma poco insonorizzata (nonostante i doppi vetri) I tre finestroni chiudevano male e lasciavano passare bene i rumori. Non prendete la camera che affaccia all'incrocio, troppe sirene , non si dorme . Prezzo giusto.

Purtroppo l'ascensore non ha funzionato per tutti i giorni del soggiorno, ben 5, ed eravamo al quarto piano. Gli studio su Hauptstrasse sono davvero molto molto molto rumorosi per il traffico. L'acqua calda nei lavandini funziona solo se apri l'acqua calda nella doccia. I letti sono molto scomodo, con materassi durissimi. I guanciali sono di stile Ikea con materiale sintetico che non fa traspirare. Cose piacevoli. WiFi funziona bene. Per accedere nello studio/camera servono solo dei codici, per cui non esiste il problema delle chiavi. Il personale alla reception è davvero molto gentile e disponibile e fa quello che può per aiutare. Il palazzo è piuttosto malfamato in un quartiere poco tedesco è molto di immigrazione medio-orientale

Eingang war relativ versteckt. Der Fahrstuhl fühlte sich an wie eine Todesfalle beim Gebrauch. Die Gänge sehen aus DDR Büro im Aufbau allerdings sind die Zimmer wie auf den Bildern, sauber und für den Preis definitiv herausragend. Leider roch mein Bad etwas streng, der Freund mit dem ich da war hatte allerdings ein einwandfreies Bad in seinem Zimmer. Ansonsten eben: Preis/Leistung Sehr gut

Das Hotel hat alles, was man zum übernachten braucht. Bett und Bad, ein kleiner Fernseher und WLAN sind vorhanden. Komfortausstattung gibt es nicht. Es findet auch kein Room Service statt (Mülleimer während des Aufenthaltes leeren, Toilettenpapier aufstocken etc.) Wer nur günstig ein Dach über dem Kopf braucht, macht hier nichts falsch. Wer ein Hotel erwartet, wird enttäuscht.

Die Raumausstattung ist sehr einfach gehalten. Es gibt fließend kaltes Wasser, jedoch für warmes Wasser fehlt der Anlage der Wasserdruck, um den Durchlauferhitzer zuzuschalten. Es wird kostenloser Parkplatz angeboten. Jedoch kommt nach der Buchung die Information, das zum verlassen des Parkbereiches ein zwei Euro Stück in einen Automaten geworfen werden muss. Wer für wenig Geld keinen Komfort benötigt ist hier gut aufgehoben. Es gibt einen Burgerbrater direkt unterm Haus, so das man auch im Hotelzimmer etwas davon hat. Wer eine Rechnung zur Abrechnung benötigt, bekommt eine um die Provision von Expedia gekürzte Rechnung.

Ophold 4 nætter. Da vi ankom og skulle betale, virkede deres kort betaling ikke, jeg skulle betale hele beløbet kontant med det samme, og måtte så bruge en del tid på at finde en atm. Det er ikke optimal efter en lang tur i bil og man gerne vil pakke ud. Værelset var overfladisk rimelig rent, men vægge og ved ventiler var der ikke rent. Køkkenet var udstyret spartansk, men vi kunne klare os. En god ting vi medbragte ørepropper, der er en del støj fra vejen (mange udryknings køretøjer). Det er nok ikke et sted vi kommer igen, ihvertfald ikke til den pris vi betalte 340 euro for 4 nætter.

Worst Motel in Berlin

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this hotel because it was during the Berlin Marathon and EVERY street to this motel was closed off. The only reason we had tried to book this hotel was because we needed a place to park our vehicle and since all the roads were closed, it was impossible to get to there. The staff were extremely rude when we tried to work with them to find a way there via the vehicle, they told us we should park 5 km away and walk. Not only was the suggested parking garage unreachable due to the road closures but it was in a very seedy part of the city. Upon finding that the suggested alternative parking garage was not reachable (and so far away), we tried calling them back to cancel our booking and get a refund. The staff member became belligerent and told us it was OUR fault we couldn't get to the hotel. He hung up on us after telling us we were stupid for not knowing the Berlin Marathon was happening that weekend. How would we know the Berlin Marathon was happening? We obviously booked a motel because we are NOT from the area! We tried calling back to speak to a manager and once again, were hung up on. Needless to say, the staff at this motel are unbelievably unfriendly and don't have the slightest clue of what customer service is. They charged us the full amount for the stay even though we couldn't reach the hotel. The staff should be retrained in customer service and learn some manners! Awful experience!!!

Wir waren in einem 3 Bett Zimmer zum Zimmer kann man nichts schlimmes sagen 3 Betten Sauber ein kleiner TV. Das man aber nicht nacheinander Duschen kann war der Hammer! Das Wasser wurde eiskalt! Wir durften dann nach dem wir uns beschwert haben in einem anderen Zimmer duschen! Das hotel ist direkt an einer ser befahrenen Hauptstraße das ausschlafen im Urlaub nicht möglich war da in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ein krankenhaus ist! Und ich jedesmal dachte der RTE fährt durch unser Zimmer! Dann hatten wir zu 3 nur ein Schlüssel war auch sehr unpassend! Die Rezeptionistin war super lieb! Wollte uns ein anderes Zimmer anbieten war aber alles ausgebucht!

Провели в отеле 2 ночи. Заехали вместо 12 дня в 12 ночи. Как и было написано в полученном подтверждении бронирования, вязались с отелем и предупредили. К сожалению, нам не выслали необходимую информацию для получения ключей и т.п. по почте. Пришлось звонить по телефону. Это неудобство. Но в остальном все прошло нормально. Хороший недорогой хостел - варинт для тех, кому нужно в номере только спать.
