"Stayed for a week and this was a brilliant hotel, catered for all my needs, staff were lovely and friendly and did everything they could to make me feel welcome. Both bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Alexandra the owner was always available to give knowledge and advice on places and trips. Would go back in a heartbeat. Perfect holiday."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This was the most unhelpful and unfoexible hotel we have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with… plus they just ignore communication and are overall very very unhelpful. Unfortunately we had 2 family bereavements within a short space of time which meant we looked at trying to move our room to a different date… as we did want to go to the hotel but had to cancel flights and basically couldn’t turn up to the hotel because of this. We explained the situation...

"Greeted by the host at nearly midnight was excellent, and we were told a little about where we were staying and given an info sheet, we were aroubd 20 mins drive from the aiport. Very helpful and quick responses to any questions we had. The rooms had signs of poor cleaning, but not to a large extent and housekeeping was available every day. "Tucked behind the facade of shops on the promenade is a lovely hotel. We were welcomed by Greg who spoke excellent English. The room rate was very reasonable and included breakfast. Our room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. The beds are very firm. Plenty of places to eat along the promenade although we chose to eat at the hotel.
