10/10 Excellent

"Excellent on all aspects. The flat is in a modernized 17th century building, withing a walking distance to some of Naple's best places. There is no elevator but even though I have issues with my ankle, I didn't find them too bad. And the staff is very helpful. It is a wonderful place and I cannot wait to be back."

"This is a very basic hotel good for single night stays on the way to or from the airport but not beyond that. The rooms are dated but clean. Also stop advertising that you have a shuttle when you don’t. It costs €60 for this so called “shuttle” but €26 for a taxi. Deceptive advertising. The location of the hotel isn’t the best but it has controlled access and is safe. Definitely a 3 star hotel."

"Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and would likely stay there again when in Naples. But two things bothered me about our room. First, the shower was tiny and the shower door was difficult to close correctly. Second, the bed linens felt rough and not high quality. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the rooftop bar was lovely, all staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel room was nicely decorated, quiet, and comfortable."

"The front desk staff were not always helpful. I ask for an ATM & I’m told “it’s just outside back of hotel”. No, it was in the shopping area behind hotel. Online, a shuttle was advertised for getting guests downtown, no longer available. I asked them to break a €50 into smaller amts again, can’t help. I need a taxi, it should take 5-10 minutes to get one I’m told. When I order one, it’s 13 minutes & we’re worried about getting to our tour and they wouldn’t order one til all my party was downstairs. Pictures of rooms in December 2025, not the way room is now! No door to give privacy for showering. Especially, when you have 3 people in room. Breakfast was excellent! Metro very close & easy to use."
