The property was not clean, cigarette butts not emptied outside the door and no staff on the property at checkin.

The hotel was a nice clean bed Very tiny bathroom Very noisy from what ever was behind our room kids lights and noise It was a cold room because windows were open they were slat glass windows The heater was not that good I guess ok for what we paid

The manager was so nice and obliging.the room was so clean and the place was near shops etc.the motel is underging renos to the front office and carpark surrounds.which is needed.i would definetly support people staying at the motel.has great access to tv stations

Hotel as clean and beds were comfy. Which was the most important things for us. The toilet light didnt seem to turn on (but perhaps we just couldn't find the switch). There was nobody at reception, check in was done via a self serve kiosk which was a bit confusing but it worked fine. Air conditioning malfunctioned and started flashing a bright light at night, so we had to cover it with a towel, it seemed to eventually start working again.

Totally shocked, cheapest hotel in Bendigo and so comfortable and clean. Definitely stay here again. Bathroom hasn’t been done up yet but spotlessly clean and no broken tiles!

You pay cheap you get cheap.
Location was good that's about all. Road noise kept us up all night, check in was no inter face connection you check in with a screen, floor was lifting almost clipped my toe, chairs were filthy, bed was ok.

The stay was Convenient for us, as it was just an overnight stay. The only complaint is, you are not allowed to smoke in your rooms, but the people in next room were smoking outside their room but the smoke/smell was blowing into our room! Not nice. Plus Most unfair if you have someone with asthma, or similar nearby. Smoking should be done at the front of the motel, or well away from any rooms. A box of paper tissues in the room would have been welcome too, a small thing but we were surprised when there wasn’t one.

The rooms are very old and not suitable to stay in. A lot of work needs to be done to bring these a good standard. I work in the hospitality industry and know what expectations are. The photos used do not show how old and run down the rooms are.

Booked a room to visit my girlfriend and her mother, they had already booked a room in this motel 2 weeks earlier. There was only one room left so I booked it, within minutes of my booking my girlfriend was informed that there was an issue with her room so they have moved her to another motel 10 km down the road . It was a very cheap old motel with only one double bed not a twin room they had booked. Obviously because I paid full price for the room they gave me her room and off loaded her booking which was a lot cheaper. Absolutely disgusting actions by this motel . Not impressed at all!

It was cheap, but a live cockroach in a drawer (looked like it had lived there a while) and a blocked shower drain are inexcusable. Motel sign not lit up at night. Would not stay there again.
