"The pre-check was a waste of time. It’s only good day of stay. There was something that looked like mouse poop on the couch when arrived. The toilet paper was the thinnest and cheapest I ever saw. The room had not enough K-cups for two. Other hotels have actual coffee makers, not cheap K- cup pods. The pre-packaged breakfast muffins were so bad I had to spit it out. The breakfast eggs were tasteless. The front desk gal at check out misquoted a cost regarding a question we had. We noticed you had an elevator out of service giving an impression that the property it too cheap to maintain it.
Not everything was bad. The room and bed were comfortable. The staff were friendly. The layout of the bathroom and walk in shower was nice. The outlets on the nightstands were very convenient.
Overall, I felt like you tried but ended up doing everything on the cheap. The price seemed only based on location; it definitely wasn’t based on value.
