"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The Apartments are basic, but the private beach is amazing and we spend all day at the lake with the kids. Lots of Pizza options close by. The hotel staff is super friendly and always available. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Might come back next summer!"

"We had 5 nights at the porto letizia with our 4 children. The rooms are very good, clean and big and the kitchen well equipped. The location is lovely we had a montain view apartment the view is great but it looks also on the car park.there is a big maze in the park for the children and a play area. The pizza from the restaurant is ok and very cheap. However there are hidden costs that the hotel add but they don't show on the website. they added 85£ for final cleaning, 10 £ per person for towels...

The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). In fact, based on this along, I would consider staying no place else during return trips to Bellagio. Just truly...
