"Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start."

"I stayed for 4 nights and not one time did cleanin staff come into the room. Every night I had to ask for fresh towels and garbage bags. And was told to leave soiled towels and garbage in the hallway. Also every time we used the shower it backed up and long hairs and pubic hairs came out of the drain. I told the desk and was offered a room switch but did not want to have to move everything late at night as my son had been wrestling all day and had to be up early. Also the room smelled constantly of smoke, both tobacco and marijuana"

"We were driving to Chicago and stopped for the night in Omaha. We found a good deal on this cute older hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. It was clean and modern and updated inside. The shower was great, the room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. Friendly staff, highly recommended!"

"The room we received was a handicap room, on the 2nd floor-what if someone with a handicap needed that room-what if they wanted to take a shower, there was a tub in this room-what if there was a fire & the elevator was not working-very important things to think about Also, there were 2 adults. The cleaning staff left 1 hand towel & 1 larger towel for showering. That was it. No samples of soap…..NOTHING I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone, nor will we booking a room here again!!! You need to do better staff!!!!"
