Nice Hotel, very helpful and kind staff members. The breakfast buffet is over rated though. Recommend to eat near by.
“New Otani Hotel Beijing”
Hotel is located near a Beijing subway station for easy access. Hotel staff are helpfull and friendly - first rate. Room was very clean and comfortable with hard wired internet access and english language TV channels.
“Japanese hospitality in China”
The Japanese are known for their politeness and good hospitality. Staying at the New Otani Chang Fu Gong made us feel as if we were in Japan because the staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel was clean, tidy, and in good shape. I would stay here again.
“Great location, but disappointed with the room”
The hotel lobby, the location, the service are great. What I was dissappointed with was the room itself. I have stayed in this hotel before and I don't remember my room being so run down, it had a used and abused feel to it. And the bed was hard as a rock! The food has also declined in quality since my last visit. This time it was not the same good quality I remembered.
