Great Clean Hotel Conveniently Located
Very nice and clean hotel. Kitchen in room was awesome with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen sink. Keurig coffeemaker in room. Very quiet rooms....seemingly soundproof. Nice and convenient location.

The staff was smoking outside; I would like to know which front desk person was working, so that I may address this with them directly. If you can give me a time frame of the day you arrived, I would like to review the camera to confirm who was working and get a few more details. I also understand you said that they did not want to help you with booking problems. What problems did this consist of? Did we not accommodate you with the proper room type? Did we make a mistake with the reservation? It appears that you booked a double (2 beds) and that is what I have in our system. That is the room type that you did in fact occupy. The front desk was nice. She allowed me to check in early. They had a leak in the hallway. The room was ok beds were comfortable. They missed a few things when cleaning but nothing major. The elevator was a little scary but working. The breakfast was nice we enjoyed the strawberry waffles.Near stores for shopping and restaurants right off the interstate.

By far the best La Quinta we have stayed. Rooms were excellent and clean family was very impressed. Staff was friendly and very courteous. Nice place to stay. Rooms are nice, kitchenettes, beds made every day with fresh towels. Beds are comfortable with large pillows and there are like 300 restaurants within 2-3 miles ranging from Pho noodles, Seafood, Steak houses to McDonalds etc.

We were there for 3 nights, each day after we had been out and came back our door key would not work and we had to walk back up to the desk and have the keys reset. After the first night, when they cleaned the room they did not replace towels that had been used.

New Years Trip
Newly renovated hotel. Still some bugs to work out. Room was clean, but the couch/pull out sleeper was not very comfortable. Queen bed was fantastic. Bathroom was great, lots and lots of very hot water. Breakfast was okay, not great, but plenty to eat. Front desk staff, especially Roxy, was fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and nice. We were disappointed in the pool. We chose this hotel for the pool, with intentions on spening the afternoon swimming, and it was dirty and scummy with algea. I would have chosen a different hotel had we looked at the pool prior to checkin. Very upsetting.

I would return to this hotel.
Very comfortable bed and room Spacious with well maintained furniture and linens. Kitchenette with furnishings. Full size refrigerator. Nice hot breakfast. Fresh brewed coffee. Close to nice restaurants.

Nice place
This place is amazing best hotel. Beds super comfy rooms are huge breakfast is great pool was clean. Plenty of plug ins room was dark when trying to sleep. The only thing is the hot tub is not very hot same temp as pool. Also room service it's hard to get towels for the room no pool towels available. I want to say the front desk girls at night are amazing and super sweet.
